FOOD WAREHOUSE/DISTRIBUTION CENTRE
Complete organisational safety audit undertaken of safety management systems and plant/warehouses practices. Follow-on in-house training courses were provided.
SPECIALIST LARGE CONTRACTOR
Once appointed as retained safety consultants, prepared safety policy, risk assessments, training plan, manual handling assessments and many other systems. The contractor was then re-approved by a local authority to tender for £1000,000 plus pounds projects.
SOLICITORS
Undertook complete assessment of risks to multi-storey office staff from DSE/computers, workstations & RSI (repetitive strain injuries). The Solicitors firm now use our services for issues relating to accident-compensation, expert witnesses & related legal clarifications.
CONSTRUCTION COMPANY
HSE inspectors arrived on this firm's project and intended to serve 'prohibition notice'. We were contacted for the first time and one of our safety advisors immediately visited the site to represent the client & prevent site closure. The client was subsequently given the necessary support and is now one of the most valued customers!
LARGE GARAGE
Following an alleged incident, this organisation employing 12 mechanics, was prepared to settle an industrial injury claim for £75,000. Once appointed us, through a professional evaluation, the eventual settlement was £23K, representing immediate savings of over £50K on a single claim!. The garage subsequently entrusted Bestsafe Ltd with all aspects of Health, Safety and training. |
